Aria Chat is NOT:
- • A licensed therapy, counseling, or medical service
- • A replacement for professional mental health treatment
- • A guarantee of specific life outcomes or improvements
- • Medical, legal, or financial advice
Our AI coaches are sophisticated tools trained on expert methodologies, but they are not human professionals. While our insights are based on scientifically validated assessments, they should be considered educational guidance, not professional diagnosis or treatment.
When to Seek Professional Help
Please consult qualified professionals for:
- • Mental health concerns, depression, anxiety, or crisis situations
- • Serious relationship problems or abuse
- • Medical or health-related issues
- • Legal or financial decisions requiring professional expertise
- • Any situation where you feel unsafe or at risk
2. Your Account and Responsibilities
Account Requirements

- • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- • One person per account - sharing accounts is not permitted
Your Assessment Data
- • Complete the Aptive Index assessment honestly for best results
- • Understand that assessment results are insights, not absolute truths
- • You may update your profile information but cannot retake the core assessment
- • Assessment results help personalize your coaching but shouldn't be your only consideration for major decisions
How You Should Use Aria Chat
Appropriate Use:
- • Engage honestly with AI coaches for personal growth
- • Use insights to improve self-awareness and relationships
- • Track progress toward meaningful personal goals
- • Respect the learning process and be patient with yourself
Prohibited Use:
- • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
- • Don't use the service for illegal activities or to harm others
- • Don't systematically extract or republish AI responses for commercial use
- • Don't deliberately provide false information to manipulate results
- • Don't use Aria Chat if you're in crisis - seek immediate professional help instead
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans
- • Aria Personal ($10/month): Core coaching features and assessment
- • Aria Pro ($25/month): Advanced features, unlimited relationships, premium tools
- • Prices and features may change with 30 days advance notice
Assessment Fees
- • Initial psychometric assessment: $49 (individual), $79 (couples), $199 (business teams)
- • Assessment fees are non-refundable as they provide immediate value and cannot be "returned"
- • Additional relationship assessments available for purchase
Billing Terms
- • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
- • You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- • We may offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time at our discretion
- • Payment processing handled securely through Stripe
Free Trial and Promotions
- • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
- • Promotional pricing may be limited-time and subject to change

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

AI Limitations
